Why Learn to Meditate??
Clearer focus & concentration, disconnect from stressful thoughts & relax more effectively. Learn to deal with pain more effectively creating better overall health.
You will learn the basics of:
- how to meditate (several tried and true techniques to choose from)
- how to make meditation an effective habit
- how to bring what you learn “on the cushion” into everyday life
This one-day course is for anyone interested, the beginner, those with experience wanting a refresher or any who want to restart your practice.
Due to the nature of the course, arrive on time & stay the full 4 hrs.
