They say, and I agree that the most difficult aspect of practicing yoga
is showing up the very first time.
Gentle Yoga Class: Focus on aligned movement, emphasizing range of motion and sense of balance. This class is suitable for those who are healing injuries as well as those seeking a sense of well being.
Intermediate Yoga Practice: A full spectrum guided practice for the seasoned practitioner. The teacher practices with you providing instructions and refinements allowing you to expand your practice at your pace. We will venture towards advanced postures seldom offered in a public class. Each practice is unique. Great for those interested in a strong practice, a playful atmosphere and community connection.
We recommend students have a working knowledge of the basic postures, be self sufficient and have an attitude of support for themselves and others.
Pre-Registration is requested, contact Bonnie to reserve your space.

Restorative Yoga: A restful and nurturing practice. You will be guided thru a variety of poses in which you will use your own props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, and belts. Each pose is held just long enough to allow the yogi to soften, releasing tension in the body and mind.
