They say, and I agree that the most difficult aspect of practicing  yoga
is showing up the very first time.

All Levels Yoga Class:   Class is structured to meet the needs of all experience levels.  Modifications for postures, suggestions will be given for use of props and options for expansion on the practice will be provided.

Gentle Yoga Class:  Focus on aligned movement, emphasizing range of motion and sense of balance. This class is suitable for those who are healing injuries as well as those seeking a sense of well being.

All Levels Yoga Practice:   The Teacher leads a full spectrum class in which all practice together.  I consider this as the step between a carefully led class and your own home practice.  It is a place for you to explore and see what you would like to add to your practice in a supportive group environment.

Asana Practice Group:  Intermediate/Advanced Practice for the dedicated student wishing to further their knowledge of yoga asana through a structured and progressive practice.  More details… 

Private Individual:  Do you want individual attention?  Would you like to learn what a class is like before you attend?  Do you have any physical issues you would like assistance with relating to your yoga practice?  A private session is a great place to start.  Prices vary, please contact me directly.

Private Group:  You gather a group and I will bring them yoga.  Group sessions can be held in one of the locations I regularly teach or a setting that you prefer.  I have all the equipment needed for a full class.  Prices vary, please contact me directly.
