They say, and I agree that the most difficult aspect of practicing  yoga
is showing up the very first time.

Level One Yoga Class:    Class is suitable for beginners and on-going students who wish to deepen their understanding or learn the  yoga basics. 

All Levels Yoga Class:   Class is structured to meet the needs of all experience levels.  Modifications, suggested use of props and options for expansion on the practice will be provided.

Gentle Yoga Class:  Focus on aligned movement, emphasizing range of motion and sense of balance. This class is suitable for those who are healing injuries as well as those seeking a sense of well being.

All Levels Yoga Practice:   Teacher leads a full spectrum class in which all practice together.  ‘I consider this as the step between a carefully led class and your own home practice.  Here you will learn how to tailor a practice just for you in an supportive group environment.’

Asana Practice Group:  Intermediate/Advanced Practice for the dedicated student wishing to further their knowledge of yoga asana thru a structured and progressive practice.  Click for More… 

Private Individual:  Do you want individual attention?  Would you like to learn what a class is like before you attend?  Do you have any physical issues you would like assistance with relating to your yoga practice?  A private session is a great place to start.  Prices vary, please contact me directly.

Private Group:  You gather a group and I will bring them yoga.  Group sessions can be held in one of the locations I regularly teach or a setting that you prefer.  I have all the equipment needed for a full class.  Prices vary, please contact me directly.

10 Class Package $110
Packages good for 90 days after purchase.
Unlimited Calendar Month Pass – $90
Maximum purchase of 3 months in advance.
